Relationships weave life together in both bright and challenging ways – it is one of the most potent ways to explore and grow your own relationship with yourself. We need it, we want it, and yet sometimes we get into some deep and tricky waters with others. Deep relationships require responsibility – the ability to respond with attention, focus, presence, and deep listening.Being right here right now with the other is quite a task!
Through reconnecting to, and listening with your whole body you will unlock relating and communication wisdom that will help to elevate your relationship dynamics to new forms. We will breathe life into all of our relationships. You may attend this workshop with a partner or not.
