BESCHRIJVING

A 5-rhythm wave is a call to the home within your own being. To the inner spirit; the essential being. We dance to reach the connection with ourselves, the earth and the elements. We discover our deep home on earth, our ardent spirit, that savage freedom and the lightness of our hearts. We listen and discover finding the world from a place of more curiosity and wonder. We encounter the places where limitations live and we develop new ways of moving through them. 
With this dance we play, we sweat, we become stronger and more committed. We learn where ne we need to be kind and where we need to be assertive and find ways to dance learning and growing. 

We gather and move through the 5 rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyric and stillness. We discover the places in our lives where these rhythms are familiar and we find them from a new perspective. 
We also find connections in ourselves, with the people around us in our lives and in our community, and we discover new ways of exploring our relationships. 

There are many layers in this dance. It's a practice, a way to find home everywhere. Join us for a weekend exploration that will be more than just exercise!
