5 Rhythms workshop exploring how to find ease in relating with self and others.“Safety is the doorway to connection; Connection is the doorway to interoception; Interoception is the doorway to Intuition; Intuition is the doorway to relatedness; Relatedness is the doorway to enduring wellbeing.” Kram
Sometimes it is easy to turn up and connect with myself and another, other times it can be difficult and awkward. Others inspire all sorts of reactions in us: positive, negative, neutral. Sometimes we act out or amplify these feelings, sometimes we try not to notice them – and sometimes, in an effort to stay with our own experience, we avoid others altogether.
What would our ability to connect be like, if, instead of going with our old habits we opened our curiosity muscles and took the opportunity to explore how we create safety and discernment in ourselves and thus new ways of connecting?
In this workshop, we will use the mindfulness movement practice of the 5Rhythms to help us explore and develop our innate curiosity about our habitual responses towards one another. With awareness, we may begin to move from judgement and separation toward a sense of openness, connection, and ease in the company of myself and others.

Cost: Weekend €120,€50 deposit to secure a place.
Time: 10.30 am to 5.00pm Saturday and 10.30am to 4.30pm Sunday

€50 will be withheld if cancelled 5 days before start of workshop.
No refund if cancelled on day of workshop;
One Day Workshop: A €20 deposit will be withheld if cancelled 7 days before the start date of workshop;
€30 will be withheld if cancelled 5 days before start of workshop.
No refund if cancelled on day of workshop.
Full payment will be refunded if workshop has to be cancelled by Caitríona.
Please book by the week prior to your chosen workshop/classes in order for sufficient numbers to be registered so the workshop /classes can take place
Booking is essential as otherwise a place on a workshop cannot be guaranteed. This work can be deeply healing but is not therapy. The process can facilitate change in people’s lives as we learn to take responsibility for our own healing.
