CREATIVE WITH YOUR SHADOW – CLOSED 5-WEEK CONTINUOUS GROUPS IN LJUBLJANA AND KRANJ

Creative with your shadow is an open space for everyone who wants to explore the shadow aspects on the way to the light, in a creative way. I've been teaching shadows for the tenth year in a row, at least once a year, and no workshop has ever been the same. I am always amazed at the power of transformation that occurs during meetings and look forward to the insights and aha moments that this research will bring. Shadows Map, 5Rhythms by Gabrielle Roth; inertia (Flowing), frustration (Staccatto), destruction (Chaos), inauthenticity (Lyrical rhythm), numbness (Stillness). I combine the shadow map and many years of experience of teaching art with the new knowledge I am acquiring as a student of Expressive Art Therapy.

We co-create the research in a group that is closed and is formed for a month and ends with a one-day workshop. The group will be closed due to the nature of the work, as it provides an intimate and safe space and a deeper experience.

The meetings will take place on Wednesdays in Ljubljana and on Mondays in Kranj.

LJUBLJANA - closed continuous group on WEDNESDAYS from 19.00 to 21.00.

Saturday November 25th, from 10.30 to 17.00 - one-day workshop in Kranj or Ljubljana

In November, I dug the deepest and exactly shadows, dancing with them, researching allowed me not to cling to them and sink with them into known bottomless abysses. Movement is liberating. The workshop includes 15 full hours and counts as a 3-day Waves level workshop for those who are on the path of becoming a 5Rhythms teacher. Previous experiences with the 5Rhythms practice are desirable, but not a requirement.

Without steps or choreography to learn - instead, learn to listen to ourselves and our body through dance, movement and breathing.
