On this workshop we will find each of the 5Rhythms in the Stillness and find Stillness in each of the 5Rhythms.

The invitation is to move each part of our body with breath so deeply, so committed, so free until we are moved and we disappear into that breath, into our pure essence, into our own spirit. 

We practice both seeing the details and the big picture, we move to find stillness and we get to still  feel the echoes of the dance. We bring our questions about life and death, we dive deep into the intelligence of our body to find answers and in the moving stillness we trust the wisdom of emptiness and silence.
