The 5Rhythms are my offering to a world in crisis to help us find our voice and become a vehicle for change and renewal. // Die 5Rhythmen sind mein Angebot an eine Welt in der Krise, uns zu helfen, unsere Stimme zu finden und ein Medium für Veränderung und Erneuerung zu sein. ~ Gabrielle Roth

Transition... ein kraftvolles Tanzritual mit Bereitschaft, loszulassen für kreative Entfaltung in 2023. Was gibt´s zu erinnern, abzuschütteln, aufzurütteln, freizutanzen, zu feiern, zu teilen, zu umarmen... Aus vollem Herzen, mit wachem Geist, in einem lebendigen Körper tanzen wir unsere Intuition und laden Inspiration für´s Neue Jahr ein.

(Engl: Transition… a powerful dance ritual with willingness to let go and open up for creative unfolding in 2023. What´s to remember, release, stir up, dance free, celebrate, share, embrace… with a full heart, an awake spirit, in a lifely body, we´ll dance our intuition and invite inspiration for the New Year.)
