Sensibilité, écoute, présence, découvertesLe feu danse, le feu chante. Il sera notre image, intense et lumineuse, et notre source d’énergie pour danser avec audace, confiance et poésie. Il nous permettra de nous purifier de ce qui nous encombre et d'épanouir notre ardeur. En cette saison où nos corps ont besoin de chaleur et de lumière, venez vous réchauffer au bon feu de la danse ! Venez sentir la flamme qui vous anime, souffler sur la braise, faire des étincelles…
Le Staccato est le Rythme du feu, du coeur battant et engagé, clair dans l'intention, la décision et la mise en action. Le feu du Staccato inspirera la traversée de nos Vagues. Nous explorerons dans la danse la clarté et la précision du geste, la rigueur d’être convaincant.es, l’enthousiasme de la détermination, le tout en souplesse, légèreté et fantaisie.
L'atelier proposera une rencontre de la Danse des 5 Rythmes® avec d'autres pratiques corporelles, expérientielles et expressives (approche somatique, improvisation instantanée). Cette mise en résonance permettra d'approfondir la perception de notre physicalité et la richesse de nos échanges.

Fire dances, fire sings. It will be our image, intense and luminous, and our source of energy to dance boldly, confidently and poetically. It will allow us to purify ourselves of what encumbers us and to blossom our ardor. In this season when our bodies need warmth and light, come and warm up with the fire of dance! Come and feel the flame that animates you, blow on the embers, make sparks fly...
Staccato is the Rhythm of fire, of the beating, committed heart, clear in intention, decision and action. The fire of the Staccato will inspire the crossing of our Waves. In dance, we'll explore the clarity and precision of gesture, the rigor of being convincing, the enthusiasm of determination, all in suppleness, lightness and fantasy.
The workshop will bring together 5 Rhythms® Dance with other experiential and expressive body practices (somatic approach, instant improvisation). This resonance will deepen our perception of our physicality and the richness of our exchanges.
Welcome to fire up the floor!
Open to all, whatever your age, physical condition or dance experience.
