BESCHRIJVING

A whole day to explore how your body is moving in the depths of winter...sinking into the support of the 5 rhythms maps.

Followed by a feast prepared by a great team of cooks who live locally. Completing the day with with some party time. We're moving in a lovely hall on the Yorkshire Coast - a wondrous part of the world and easy to get to via public transport. There are plenty of cheap BnBs at this time of year if you want to make a weekend of it. And why not get over early for a winter coastal walk. Chris will be happy to suggest a route close to the hall.

She has facilitated magical movement spaces for over twenty years. She is a shit-hot DJ . . . and she is very, very funny. We've worked together a lot in the past but this is our first joint workshop. It will be beautiful"
