Bring your body to be danced. An invitation to discover and explore Gabrielle Roth's maps of the 5Rhythms with this experienced and enthusiastic teacher. No steps to learn.
Guided by amazing music we will flow through the Wave finding the medicine of the 5Rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Open to beginners and experienced dancers.
