On this occasion, I will share “Dissolve into Painting” in Italy for the very first time — an exploration of our vital energy through movement and meditative painting.

It is an opportunity to reconnect with your creative energy, to enjoy your spontaneity, and to let go of all the “shoulds.”

We move, we create space, we express, and we create while exploring our rhythms.

In this vastness, in this YES to life, we can also grant ourselves the pleasure of being exactly who we are.

No academic techniques are required or taught; no artistic or meditative experience is necessary. Whether you have never danced or painted before, or you have lots of experience, perfect — it will be a revealing experience either way!

All art materials are provided. Just bring comfortable clothes for moving, dancing, and painting.

Lunch: There will be an option to book at a nearby restaurant and eat together; we will share more details soon. Lunch is not included in the activity fee.

This workshop counts as 1 Wave day as a prerequisite for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
