We get easily attached to being something, or someone.
And then the energy gets stuck, trapped in these specific forms.

Through the 5 Rhythms, we will explore the creative dance between energy and form. Moving with our own energy body, and with the vast river of energy that is Life itself, we will practise the art of dissolving. We will dance ourselves free to become anything.. everything.. and nothing...
