EMERGENCE is an invitation to be danced by the energy of Spring: as the Sun ascends its light upon us, we are called to emerge into the world and set forth on our next odyssey. At the dawn of this new journey, let us nurture our body and set it free. Let us return to the Earth and embody our flow in the here-now. And from there on, let us dance our desire to thrive as much as our resistance to shine, finding courage in the 5Rhythms’ map to Freedom.EMERGENCE est une invitation à être dansé par l'énergie printanière : l’inévitable ascension du soleil vers le Solstice d’été qui invite à se re-mettre au monde. À l’aube de ce nouveau cycle, libérons notre corps, éveillons nos racines et incarnons notre flow dans l’ici-maintenant. Émerger après un long hiver nordique, c'est aussi danser notre désir d'épanouissement tout comme nos résistances à éclore... et tout cela en trouvant courage dans le chemin de Liberté que nous proposent les 5Rythmes.

Grateful for all that she has received, Elise-Anne is truly passionate to create sacred and safe spaces for others to experience the 'medicine of movement'. Elise Anne teaches dance and embodiment movement over 25 years.''
