Water, fire, air, and ether are all cradled by the earth.

Essence in philosophical and spiritual circles refers to the deeply rooted properties that define an entity.

Requirements and Practical Information

• To participate, it is recommended that you have danced waves for at least 20 hours with a certified 5Rhythms teacher.

• This retreat counts for 1 day Waves level and 1 day of Heartbeat level towards the 5Rhythms® teacher training.
