BESCHRIJVING
En cada uno de nosotros, los elementos, la Tierra, el Fuego, el Agua, el Aire y el Éter se mueven a través de los 5Rhythms. Bailándo los diferentes ritmos y enfocándonos en cada elemento por separado, empezamos a cuidar las diferentes cualidades de cada elemento en nosotros mismos: ceder peso a nuestro cuerpo-Tierra nos ofrece el poder de ser y nos enseña a confiar en el movimiento; nuestro Fuego requiere suficiente espacio y, a la vez, no demasiado para quemar y brillar y conducir un proceso transformativo; el Agua quiere brotar y suavizar e invita a la rendición; el Aire desea llevarnos ligeros y apoyarnos en nuestra gracia; el éter nos permite viajar a través de nuestro aliento y los sueños.Al bailar cultivamos equilibrio entre los elementos, facilitando la interacción y el apoyo entre ellos. Este proceso alquímico transforma nuestro movimiento convirtiendo el barro de nuestras vivencias cotidianas en el oro de la sabiduría y el autoconocimiento.

As in each of us, the elements earth, fire water, air and ether move through the 5Rhythms. By dancing the rhythms and focusing on each element separately, we start taking care of the different qualities of the elements in ourselves: giving weight to our Earth-body offers us the power of being and teaches us to trust movement. Our Fire wants neither too much nor too little space so that it can burn brightly and take us into a process of transformation; Water wants to flow and soften and invites surrender; Air wants to carry us in lightness and support us in grace; Ether lets us travel through breath and dreams.
As we dance, we cultivate a balance among these elements, allowing them to interact and support one another. This alchemical process transforms our movements, turning the mud of our everyday experiences into the gold of wisdom and self-discovery.
