A Saturday Waves WorkshopHow do we find our way in the world, to express ourselves and share what we have to offer?
How do we lead ourselves and then others in the co-creation of a balanced community?
In this day workshop we will dance the 5Rhythms Waves map to practice embodied leadership, which involves, in equal part, the art of following.
We dance the 5Rhythms:
In flowing we gather our resources
In staccato we gain clarity
In chaos we release control to invite the emergence of the bigger picture in lyrical and to land in stillness and the shape of ourselves embodied and whole.
