BESCHRIJVING
How do we recognize and move through old ways of being in order to dance our way towards deep and authentic connections?The 5Rhythms® offers an embodied Map to help us get present to what is real and move from confusion to clarity. IFS/IFIO offer us tools to notice and be compassionate to the parts of ourselves that create barriers to relating. This workshop is an exploration of the parts of us that come into play when we start to relate to other humans in a 1:1 way. The group energy allows us to explore, get curious and connect with other compassionate and heartful humans in a playful way.

Beginners welcome, you do NOT need to have any prior experience with 5Rhythms OR IFS in order to participate in this workshop.
Please note that this workshop is NOT considered a training in IFS, nor is it meant to be a substitute for IFS therapy, but rather an opportunity to experience IFS from the inside out).
