Learning how to express yourself in a healthy way is a wonderful step towards creating a more fulfilling life. The practices of expressing yourself and being true to who you are are essential to becoming strong, believing in yourself, releasing emotions, and creating the life that you want. 

We will enter this territory through a process of aligning the voice and the heart with the body. The body conveys thoughts, beliefs, projections, emotions and all kinds of non-verbal cues through gestures, postures, and expressions. Knowing how these non-verbal embodiments reside in your physical self is a giant step towards becoming more authentic and living a deeply satisfying life.
