Each of us falls in love once, none or a hundred thousand times in a lifetime,

but there is only one love story that lasts forever

and it is the one with ourselves.

Finding resources, time and tools to learn to love each other,

to make this love story blossom and renew every day,

it is the basis of every other form of love.

What happens in the body when you love yourself, 

when you take care of yourself?

And when do you love another human being?

How do you behave, what are the schemes,

what happens in the cells of your body?

How much do you ask, how much do you give? How much do expectations prevent you from abandoning yourself to love and the present?

In this retreat we will try to nurture, investigate, explore the relationship with our heart when we fall in love with ourselves and with others.

LOCATION: BORGO PAOLA / BRACCIANO LAKE / ROME

THE RETREAT TAKES PLACE IN A HOLISTIC CENTER IMMERSED IN NATURE, WITH A CIRCULAR ROOM THAT OPENS THE HEART.

THE CENTER IS LOCATED ON LAKE BRACCIANO, 50 MINUTES FROM ROME.

THE CENTER HAS A SWIMMING POOL AND A PARK FOR OUR EXCLUSIVE USE.

THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ACCOMMODATION: DOUBLE ROOMS & TRIPLE ROOMS.

FOR FOOD, WE WILL BE PAMPERED BY THE VEGETARIAN CUISINE OF UNA

LOCAL CHEF.

COSTS

360 euros for those who book by June 30th.

410 for those who book after June 30th.

SLEEP + FOOD

Double room: 300 euros, per person

Triple room: 280 euros, per person

The cost includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.

According to the participants, the seminar will be in Italian or Italian / English.
