BESCHRIJVING

We can get lost, enter an ecstatic space, trust life, but to make our choices concrete, to give shape and clarity to our desires and projects, or even simply to be able to say YES and NO, we need to focus our energy. To place a clear direction in the quality of our movement.

We must keep our eyes open. Because we can't say NO to someone who is invading our space with our eyes closed. You can't climb a mountain with your eyes closed, you can't ride a train with your eyes closed. In the small, big things in life, we must look at what we want.

Look at it clearly. By eliminating the buts, the maybes, the I don't knows, and the let's see. These aren't necessarily negative, but they often prevent us from moving and taking clear directions.

In a world full of chaos, choosing and knowing where to go can be a good practice for many of us.

We will work with this focus using the 5Rhythms maps (especially thanks to the staccato rhythm) and Soul Motion.
