The more we try to hide, the more we become visible. The more we suppress, the more we become depressed.

In this playful 5Rhythms Heartbeat workshop we will unleash the vitality of all our expressions so we become fully alive.

“Life is too mysterious to take it serious”.

In this workshop we will:

- free the body,

- find various ways to express the heart,

- empty the mind of limiting beliefs.

We will dive into the beauty of being expressive, helping you access your natural flow of energy.

This playful exploration will equip you with a creative toolkit for your daily life.

Jup Jansonius is a Dutch 5Rhythms teacher (Waves, Heartbeat, GSB) living in Italy and teaching worldwide. With Flowing as her home-rhythm and a long experience as a social science teacher she know how to follow & lead with humor and wisdom, bridging the dance into your daily life.
