On this journey we will invite our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. We explore and transform inner constructs, beginning to see old scars as symbols of wisdom and healing. We move together with love, tenderness, kindness and with care. Following Gabrielles Heartbeat map we will explore the movement of basic instinctive feelings: FEAR protects us, ANGER defends us, SADNESS releases us, JOY connects us and COMPASSION unites us.AANTEKENINGEN
Grounded in the 5 Rhythms this HEARTBEAT calls to the dance of relationship to oneself, a partner& a group. A moving meditation while witnessing oneself with attention and awareness. Can we stay in center and true to ourselves while meeting our colleagues, partner, friend, child, mother… or do we lose ourselves - our flow - contact to body and heart?

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
