Fruitful Darkness is a 3 day workshop intended to offer you a deeper glimpse into the Shadow Map of the 5Rhythms. 

The 5Rhythms® is a conscious dance practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. The 5Rhythms are Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. These Rhythms are a moving map to ecstasy that, when practiced, allow us to get grounded in our bodies, express our hearts and clear our minds so that our true essence can come forth effortlessly.

But what happens when our Flow becomes stuck, or our Staccato becomes too rigid or Chaos becomes too confusing?

During this workshop, Sayrah will guide you into experiential practices and self inquiry designed to deepen your understanding of the Shadows of the 5Rhythms. Together we will travel from inertia to ecstasy and will learn actionable steps to encourage integration of both light & shadow.
