GATEWAYS: A 5Rhythms Embodiment Practice

The body is a temple—a home where matter and mystery meet to create you. Gateways is an introductory 5Rhythms embodiment workshop exploring how different parts of the body serve as entry points into each Rhythm and the temple of self. The 5Rhythms are a moving map for self-discovery, revealing deeper ways of knowing, helping us connect with who we are, illuminating our patterns, andallowing us to express our authentic selves with clarity and freedom.
Led by Kayla Genevieve Williams, accredited 5Rhythms Teacher, this guided movement meditation is an invitation to listen to your body, release what needs to move, and step fully into your dance. All bodies are welcome. Whether you're new to movement practice or an experienced dancer, this is a space to explore, connect, and let the Rhythms welcome you home to yourself.
