Join us for an afternoon retreat of nourishing immersion into restorative movement and harmonising song!

We will move through a guided dance session with experienced 5Rhythms teacher Christine Weedall, supporting us to ground ourselves, energise, shake-out old tensions & lift our spirits. No experience required other than a love to dance with other like-hearted souls to great music!

We end our dance with a restful guided meditation where we will then gather together in candle-light, to ease into beautiful, restorative harmony songs, with experienced voice teacher, musician & gifted choir leader Una McCann.

The event will come to a close with Chai tea and seasonal nibbles.

No experience necessary in either singing or dancing!
