BESCHRIJVING
HERE NOWdives deep into the meditation aspect of the 5 Rhythms and how it enriches our dance on the floor and in life - integrating body, feelings, mind and spirit.
Rooting in breath and sensations, we open to bring more of ourselves to the dance, inviting the physical senses. We will be connecting receptively to the spacious HERE and to the moment of NOW. Cultivating elevated presence to be taken into life. HERE NOW is a waves workshop including Gateways-, Shadows- and Tribal exercises.
OUR INTENTION: To show up more fully in order to prepare our psycho-physical foundations to be empowered- dancing a journey toward hightened somatic, psychological and communal intelligence.
OUR SPACE is: Caring / Inspired by powerful music / Safe to be dancing (all-one) by yourself AND (all-one) with others.

Oliver Euchner is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by the late Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. His background includes inner work, sacred movements and seated meditation in the direct lineage of G.I. Gurdjieff (Gurdjieff Foundation of New York) and a dedicated yoga practice (Teacher Certified by Richard Freeman). He is also a father, lover and drummer. Oliver has been based in Berlin and New York City, teaching the 5Rhythms and running his own business.
** All class and workshops hours with Oliver count towards 5Rhythms Teacher Training Waves prerequisites.**
