What is the shape of your Heart’s dance? How does Heart dance us?

In this one day workshop, we move from sensation to emotion, from cellular awareness to heartfelt expression. Beginning in the terrain of Waves, we root ourselves in the body—tracking sensation, breath, and rhythm. From here, we open to the emotional landscape of Heartbeat, where feeling becomes emotion, and and we put it in motion.

We’ll work with our soft centres—the tender, responsive parts of us with stories of vulnerability, and power. Through somatic explorations and 5Rhythms practice, we’ll re-awaken the intelligence of the heart, blood, organs and nervous system to support emotional inquiry, transformation and making meaning.
