At this time of Spring Equinox and its perfect balance of light and dark, we will uncover, move with, embrace and release some unknown parts of ourselves as well as the parts we already know and love. This way we can welcome them all into the truth of the Here and Now, growing into greater fulfllment and balance in a grounded, down to earth way.

Suitable for beginners and experienced dancers alike.
Prerequisites: an open mind and a willingness to go beyond the known and into the unknown of the HERE AND NOW.

AANTEKENINGEN

The Friday evening , 7-10pm will be an open class held at the Mindfulness Life Center in Scottsdale.
Saturday and Sunday sessions will be in the NRG Ballroom 931 E Elliot Rd, Ste 101, Tempe, Arizona 85284

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation, tuition is refundable minus a $50 administrative fee until 2 weeks before the workshop starts. After that, 50% of tuition is refundable until the workshop starts. After that, no refunds will be made.
