Surrendering to movement practise awakens our instinctive and spontaneous nature, it teaches us to trust that the process will take us wherever we need to go. 

Putting our realities in motion is unleashing our stories written in our muscles and bones who are waiting to be told, following our heart into wilderness of relation, where we resonate on the same wavelenght. Allowing feelings to move through us, in all shapes and forms, rocking us to our roots. We are learning to release disturbing obstacles in navigating through out inner wild. Tracking the inner truth with intention makes us aware of signs that universe provides all travelers to reach intuitive mind. The possibility to let go of fixed ideas we have about ourselves is opening a gentle place of our inner strength, finding who we really are on the inside, beyond our ego stories. 

Inhabiting that vast space with breath even more, we are transforming inner wilderness into sacred geometry of our inner landscape, into endless source of intuitive potential.

Journeying through the ‘inner wilderness’ you can tap into the timeless wisdom or at least have fun dancing your inner explorer, all depending on how much you can indulge in your own adventurous spirit. :)
