Spring Equinox: days will start getting longer now. More light brings clarity and dissipates shadows.
Let's inspire each other to feel lightness in our own body, minds and spirit.
Let's celebrate the re-birth of plants and flowers with our dance, our prayer and our ritual in this seasonal community gathering.
We'll be dancing the life renewal that comes from the depth of our roots, to reach the light of the sky. Energizing the body and honoring the purpose of our spirit.
No Prerequisites. The hours of this class qualify for the Waves requirement for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

Plenty of free street parking on Sunday on 22nd St, Mission St and nearby. Closest parking garage is Mission Bartlett Garage-Lot #204, entrance on 21st St and Bartlett St.
