An extended Heartbeat Series for those who have completed the Key To The Heart Series. We will meet from 10am-8pm on these dates:March 1, May 3, June 7, August 1 (refresh not required yet included in series price), Oct. 11, and Nov. 21.
We will work in depth within a smaller group with intimacy, shame, the creative force, longings, dreams and desires, and forgiveness.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
