INTO YOUR WILD – 3-DAY WAVES WORKSHOP WITH MARTINA AND ANŽE

At this 3-day Workshop we will support our body to start slow and easy and find way back to roots of our own feet and inner flow in Flowing. We will invite impulses captured in our pelvis, to come alive and juicy and show us the way to our passion in Staccato. We will relax and release the tension of everyday thoughts and invite wisdom of letting go in Chaos. Rhythm of Lyrical will show us another perspective, intuitive trans and lightness will set us free. Allowing healing power of breath in Stillness, moving us till we step out of our way and let the self-healing of Body-Heart-Mind regulate it’s natural way.

Retreat will take place in Jezersko, small village on the border with Austria, surrounded by high mountains, unspoiled nature and beautiful mountain lake. We will dance in a pleasant warm hall with a wooden floor, with wonderful view on mountains, reserved only for our group. We will combine dancing in the hall with rituals in nature.

*1,5 - 2 hours lunch break

Open meeting will take place on Friday, May 1st 2025 from 17:30 till 20:00, registration will be possible from 17:00 on.

LOCATION: Primary school Matija Valjavec, Zgornje Jezersko 62, 4206 Zgornje Jezersko

Jezersko is located 1 hour from Ljubljana, 38 minutes from Kranj, 1 hour 10 minutes from Klagenfurt, 2 hours 15 minutes from Graz and 4 hours 10 minutes from Vienna.

Martina and Anže are members of the international Association of 5Rhythms Teachers (www.5rhythms.com). Martina: dancing since 1997, teaching from 2014 (Waves), 2022 (Heartbeat). She is a dancer, vocalist, artist, in love with theatre. She is passionate about teaching, books, cats and traveling. Gabrielle Roth’s sentence: "I love your fire" changed her life. Her teaching style is respectful and sensitive for group-body, she is also very playful and joyous, sometimes you have a feeling you are in the middle of constellation work.

She is a teacher and event organiser in Ljubljana/Slovenia, Expressive Art Therapist, theatre director, librarian, moderator of business constellation work and holder of Workshops: Creative with your Shadow, New Vision, Voice&Heart, Into your Wild, Let the Sunshine in and Soul Flight.

Anže has been dancing 5Rhythms for more than thirteen years and for seven years in a row leads regular weekly classes in Ljubljana. In 2021 he completed training for a 5Rhythms teacher, Waves level. He is a social worker by profession, with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, aikido, mountains and travels. Anže and Martina are dedicated researchers of the 5Rhythms method and are in love with life.

For those on a path to become a 5Rhythms teacher, this workshop counts 3 days, Waves level.
