the sun rising and setting.

The elements are there to remind you,

that you are here, in your body,

flowing, funky and free.

We will be practicing our dance, our flow, in the south of France. We will dance every morning and in the end of the afternoon in a big tent. There is sunrise yoga. Time to relax in nature. We flow together with a group of dancers, max 25 people.

You can camp in your tent, caravan, camper or in hostels nearby.
