A 5Rhythms® dance workshop and moving dialogue with Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms and Eckhart Tolle’s Teachings with Caroline van de Ven, accredited 5Rhythms® teacher& Evert van de Ven, certified life coach.During this weekend we will come together on the One Happy Island of Aruba to experience a moving dialogue between Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms® and Eckhart Tolle’s Teachings; we will explore our moving selves using the 5Rhythms® dance meditation practice of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness® as our reliable resource, expanded with Eckhart Tolle-based meditation, bodywork and teachings.
You are welcome to join, to take a deep dive into your self, to tune in to what your needs, dreams, longings, scares are and to be inquisitive about what life has in store for you. We’ll have plenty of time together to explore some of our endless possibilities and to practice embodiment of our powers of being, feeling, knowing, seeing and healing. Let’s see what we find out about ourselves as relational, unique beings moving with the power of Now.
Come and share your breath, your dance, your laughs, your heart, your soul and your inspiration; together we will re-discover, re-connect, re-member and re-joice in the amazing, beautiful creative beings that we are. Let’s embark for a new earth, let's dive … into the Rhythms of Life!
