In this weekend we will explore our moving selves using the 5Rhythms dance meditation practice of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as our homebase, our reliable resource to draw from what we need; nourishment, expression, release, creativity and healing.From our moving body we will learn to trust our body wisdom, enabling us to
re-discover, re-connect, re-member and re-joice in the amazing, beautiful, unique creative beings that we are.
We’ll practice embodiment, explore our endless possibilities and empower our self to be, to feel, to know, to see and to heal. We’ll jump into the Rhythms and become inquisitive about what life has in store for us. Let’s dive together into the Rhythms of Life.
You are welcome, beginners and advanced alike; come and share your breath, your dance, your laugh, your heart, your soul and your creativity.
