Half day Waves workshop on Bastille day!The 5Rhythms is like Jazz – embodied, expressive, creative, soulful, inspired. It is a truly dynamic movement practice.
We’ll dance into the different energetics that exist organically within the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness moving on our own, with a partner and as a group.
