A holistic, creative lens to addiction recovery
Whether you struggle with addiction, compulsive habits, codependency, emotional dependency, work addiction, perfectionism, people-pleasing, substance use, or recognize patterns that no longer serve you that you cannot stop, healing begins with curiosity rather than judgment.
The KIX Project is rooted in a special and specific format that combines 5Rhythms® dance, somatic practices, expressive arts, group inquiry and nervous system awareness to help you understand the deeper roots of addictive and compulsive patterns.
Rather than focusing on willpower alone, we explore why addictive behaviors develop, what needs they attempt to meet, and how to cultivate healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
This retreat offers time away from daily life to reconnect with your body, develop practical recovery tools, and experience the support of a compassionate, organic community walking similar paths.
No previous experience is required.
Contribution Breakdown

Workshop Cost:
- Early Bird (paid by August 15): Reduced €220 | Regular €260 | Supportive €290
- General (from August 16): Reduced €270 | Regular €300 | Supportive €330
Accommodations, including delicious vegetarian meals:
- Single Room: €315 (€105 per person/night * 3 nights)
- Double Room: €255 (€85 per person/night * 3 nights)

In addition to the rich retreat experience and the connections formed, you will receive:
A Resource Guide – a compilation of all the exercises and any theory to easily refer back to again and again.
Group Integration Sessions – 2 group integration sessions take place after the retreat to allow space for integration, group support, processing and sharing
It is not just what ‘happens at a retreat’ that paves our way for healing but how we integrate it into our daily lives. It is a joy to host these group integration sessions post retreats which deepens possibility for lasting change, and connection among everyone
Refund Policy
To keep the KIX project, and our precious retreats alive, if you cancel your participation:
- Up to 6 weeks before the retreat: Full refund minus €100
- Up to 2 weeks before the retreat: Only if someone else can take your spot, full refund minus deposit
- Less than 2 weeks before the retreat: No refund
