How do we learn to brave?
By showing up when we’d rather hide.
By stepping forward—
making space for our shakiness, our trembling, our doubt.
Step by step. Small by small.
Acts of bravery increase our tolerance for being human,
and expand our capacity to live the full range of our expression,
our emotions, our aliveness.

In this workshop, we’ll move with courage through the 5Rhythms® Waves map
and discover tools to carry into everyday life.
All are welcome.
No previous experience is required.

Time: Friday 7:00pm - 9:00pm (open evening, all welcome) / Saturday 11:00am - 6:00pm / Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm

FULL WEEKEND Tuition: 320€ | 280€ Early Bird if paid by February 8

*This workshop counts as 12 hours of Waves Hours on the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path.
Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: A registration refund minus a 70€ administrative cost is available up to February 10, 2026, then 50% of your price until February 28, 2026. No monetary refunds available after that time; the workshop registration can be transferred to an alternate person. If, for unforeseen reasons, the workshop is cancelled by the producer a full refund of registration fees will be issued; the producer will not be responsible for other participant costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.
