Atelier 5Rythmes® avec Daniel Struyf

Samedi 6 & dimanche 7 décembre 2025 – Genève

Dans la vie, certaines parts de nous restent dans l’ombre : les blocages, les rigidités, la confusion, la distance ou l’engourdissement.

Ces “ombres” ne sont pas des ennemies mais des portes. Elles révèlent, si nous les traversons, une force, une clarté, une lumière que nous ne voyons pas toujours.

Durant ce week-end, nous utiliserons les 5Rythmes® – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical et Stillness – pour explorer ces zones d’ombre et laisser émerger ce qu’elles cachent. Chaque rythme deviendra un terrain de découverte, une occasion de transformer ce qui nous retient en énergie vivante.

Êtes-vous prêt·es, à travers la danse, le mouvement et la musique, à transformer vos ombres en énergie vivante et à révéler la lumière qui sommeille en vous ?

In life, parts of us often remain in the shadows: blockages, rigidity, confusion, distance, or numbness.

These “shadows” are not enemies but gateways. When we dare to move through them, they can reveal strength, clarity, and light we don’t always see.

Over this weekend, we will use the 5Rhythms® – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness – to explore these shadow zones and allow what they hide to emerge. Each rhythm will become a field of discovery, an opportunity to transform what holds us back into living energy.
