"The 5 Rhythms is a map of life´s movement through which we can explore and give it expression to everything that we are. The qualities of movement that correspond to each of the Rhythms help us to activate and be aware of the different human dimensions in an integrative experience: body (fluid), emotions (staccato), mind (chaos), transpersonal (lyrical) and spirit (stillness). This workshop is an adventure of self-exploration through body movement and attention, in which we will experience how Rhythms stimulate our potential and generate beneficial states of consciousness.
