BESCHRIJVING

Through the movement map of life that are the 5Rhythms, we will explore how the primary expression of love begins with the life impulse related to self-love, in the development of sensuality in one's own body, in the delight in one's own sensations (Flowing). From here the need to bond is born, activating then the libido, the passion, the giving of oneself that leads to the desire for an integrating union with the other (Staccato).

In order for love to evolve from the personal to the transpersonal, it is necessary to transcend the mere satisfaction of individual desires and the instincts of appropriation of love, to let go of attachments (Chaos). So that this love can flow freely, it can be shared and extended to the group, to the community, to the whole humanity, where there is a desire to change together for something bigger, more sacred (Lyrical). Until the love extends to the totality of life, to all existence (Stillness).
