Dans la mythologie grecque, Dionysos représente l'instinct primitif, l'ivresse dans laquelle s'expriment les forces naturelles, le lien charnel avec la terre, le sentiment de ne faire qu'un avec le monde. Cet archétype nous invite à lâcher nos habitudes et conditionnements, à traverser le Chaos pour nous recréer. Il nous invite à une danse privilégiant l’intuition, l’instinct, le ventre et le cœur plutôt que la tête pensante. Une danse capable de lâcher le contrôle et les routines, de traverser l'inconnu, de libérer la part sauvage pour une créativité toujours fraîche. L’artiste de la vie a l'audace du désordre qui régénère, il ose l'émotion et l'irrationnel pour danser l'extase et la foi de vivre. Entre concentration volontaire de l’attention et abandon à la transe de la danse, nous alternerons des temps d’exploration et des temps de danse libre pour entraîner notre aptitude à la pleine conscience du plaisir de danser et de se laisser danser.

In Greek mythology, Dionysus represents the primitive instinct, the intoxication in which natural forces are expressed, the carnal link with the earth, the feeling of being one with the world. This archetype invites us to let go of our habits and conditioning, to cross Chaos to recreate ourselves. He invites us to a dance that privileges intuition, instinct, belly and heart rather than the thinking head. A dance capable of letting go of control and routines, crossing the unknown, freeing the wild side for an ever fresh creativity. The artist of life has the audacity of the disorder that regenerates, he dares emotion and irrationality to dance ecstasy and the faith to live. Between the voluntary concentration of attention and abandonment to the trance of dance, we will alternate times of exploration and times of free dance to train our ability to fully appreciate the pleasure of dancing and letting oneself dance.
