5 Days – 5 Rhythms – 5 Shamanic Tasks

The "Ways of Ecstasy" workshop, in the Upper Sacred Valley of the Aude, invite participants, during each short school vacation, to come and explore a different Rhythm and a particular shamanic task every day.

Monday: Flowing – Liberate the body

Tuesday: Staccato – Express the Heart

Wednesday: Chaos – Empty the mind

Thursday: Lyrical – Free the Soul

Friday: Quietness – Embody the Spirit

AN “A LA CARTE” FORMULA!

Even if it is recommended to participate in the entire course, the formula is free. You can come for one, two, three, four or five days of dance and rituals according to your desires and your possibilities.
