Between Life and Death there is a soft opening calling us to expand, to pay attention and to explore what it means to live a mystical existence. Are you aware that the universe is kind, generous and very intelligent? Supporting the universe is something that is alive and never dies. Do you ever worry about the transition of being in a body and the non-physical mystery beyond the body? Many people are afraid to die but just as many people are afraid to live. When you cultivate a love affair with the unknown you see life and death as a wonderful dance between creation and dissolution. It is happening in every moment of our lives, and it creates a wonderfully meaningful truth – continuous unpredictable change. Imagine a world without change? Change is beautiful and resisting it creates unnecessary body pain. Surrender is the medicine.To embrace the unknown, we must fully understand the 5Rhythms of the body – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. In Death there is a sense of stillness, but it does not mean that nothing is happening. Nothing does not exist. Energy waves keep morphing into new waves. It’s called evolution. When death appears, a new life is right around the corner. It is natural. Be present and dance with it. Every moment is full of energy and potential. Together we are going to become energy wave surfers.
To live a new life, we must say goodbye to the old life. When you understand that all states of being are temporary and moving, you will find the freedom that you ultimately seek. When something dies, something new is ALWAYS born. Together we are going to dance from life to death and back again and you will discover that movement is the key to living harmoniously, creatively and without fear. Life and Death are words, but our divine nature is beyond words, beyond life and beyond death. Ride the mystery of the unknown!

Evangelos Diavolitsis is a certified 5Rhythms® Waves and Heartbeat facilitator, Dharma teacher and transformational coach. He has a passion for integrating the path of awakening with movement, meditation, art and business. He has been continuously studying with Buddhist meditation masters Qapel and Sensei of the Namgyal Lineage since 2002.
