We are all exposed to illness and only the very life itself in us prevents it.
The 5Rhythms® aims to vitalize our bodies and invite us to free the wild and untamed spontaneous freedom we are all born with.

Over the years there have been several workshops for hospital staff and researchers and for more than 10 years the 5Rhythms has been a regular part of the rehabilitation program for cancer-operated women at Skejby University Hospital. In 2014 & 2017 "The Research Unit for Health Services" conducted 2 research projects in collaboration with the Danish Cancer Association, Vejle Hospital, Jan and Annette.

This weekend workshop will share the knowledge and experience from recent years' work. The days will include dynamic movement in the 5Rhythms, breath exercises, relaxation and sharing.

Everybody is welcome, no matter gender, shape, physical condition or background.
Dancing experience not necessary.
