What lights my fire?What puts it out and how is this reflected in my movement?
What do we need to keep our fire and let it warm us gently throughout the year?
We will get rid of the masks that suffocate us. We will allow our soul to flourish in its own creative expression. We will dance into our depths, nourish our bodies with breath and healing inspiration in a loving and nurturing environment. We will create the vision for the year 2020. No previous experience is required, willingness to move is enough.
