Me, You, Us.
The dance of relating.
How we are when alone, or in relationship to others, or in the midst of a group can all be radically different experiences. In this workshop we will explore these connections through the maps of the 5Rhythms Dance.
By rooting our own embodied dance we can connect to our selves. From here our connections to others will be more real and trust-able. With true connections we can develop confidence in building community, find our place in the larger web of life and be at home in the Unified Field. It all begins at the centre of our own breathing embodied being. Together we will explore this theme and gather our own insights. Hope to see you there, Neil x

Neil Pinnock hails from the UK, he trained 5Rhythms Waves with Gabrielle Roth in 2008 & Heartbeat in 2018 with 5RG. He regularly teaches workshops and classes across the UK and internationally. His style is passionate and tender, humorous and wise. His musical tastes wide-ranging and well designed to support the many levels of this dance work.
