BESCHRIJVING

Our busy and conditioned lives often leave us disconnected from our bodies and our true nature, and we can feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of our life experiences and environmental conditioning of women The 5Rhythms dance practice offers us a simple movement map, each rhythm containing medicine that we activate as we dance wave after wave, bringing us back to a sense of wholeness and vibrancy.

This workshop offers time out, to come home to our bodies, awaken instinct and intuition, and our creative and transformational abilities to heal and nourish ourselves and each other. It is a special opportunity to journey with other women and explore the power of the collective feminine energy. No previous experience necessary, just a willingness to move.
