BESCHRIJVING
Come join Ruth Hirst to dive deep into the shapes of our stories through movement mindfull breath work, improvisation theatre - Playback and Ritual Theatre. We are all made up of many stories, sometimes stories we have held onto that have served there time, but time to let go. And there are dreams, that we would like to manifest. In seeing our moment, stories, conflicts, dreams move through the space, a healing happens, seeing these move through emboding them, we can let go, and give space for other stories to come through.This workshop starts with an open evening, and is connected with the workshop, or can be separate.
