"Dance with me in te infinite pause before the next inhale that is bretahing us all into being" The Dance by Oriah Mountain DreamerOn this one-day journey, we will explore meeting ourselves in the dance as Spirit in motion. We will tap into simply moving into being, allowiing our feet to guide us through the ever continuing flow of life; whilst also embodying our breath to guide us towards simply being the movement.
No 5Rhythms experience required. Only curiosity and willingness to move and be moved!
