My body speaks in whispers through the slow rise and fall of breath, through the quiet ache in tired muscles, through the warmth that spreads when I feel safe. Long before words form, my body has already begun the conversation. Every sensation is a language—subtle, honest, impossible to fake.

It speaks when my heart races with excitement or fear, when my hands tremble with anticipation, when my shoulders carry the silent weight of things I haven’t said aloud.

It laughs through deep breaths, dances through light steps and glows with energy when joy finds its way in.

Listening to my body is like learning a language that has always been mine. The more attention I give it, the clearer it becomes. My body speaks every day. The real question is, whether I choose to listen.

We will use 5Rhythms® Movement Practice and creative expression to explore what your body is speaking to you.
